We’ve put together some commonly asked questions to give you more information about our products and services.

How soon can you deliver my printing?

We aim to deliver your printing in two to three working days, as standard.

More complex jobs may take longer and we’ll talk this through with you at the time of your order.

We’ll work closely with you to understand your requirements and lead time, and will go above and beyond to deliver on time, every time.

Can you help me with design?

We’ll be happy to talk through your needs. With so many years in the industry, if we can’t help you directly with design, we’ll be able to point you in the right direction of the perfect person to help.

How much will my printing cost?

The cost of your printing will depend on the quality, finishes, materials and quantity of items that you need. We take great care to find print solutions that work for your budget and timescale, and we strike the right balance of cost and quality for every customer.

Can you print any size?

From the tiniest pharmaceutical fold (think the size of a watch guarantee) to the largest bus stop ads and billboards, we can print exactly what you need.

How do I know what paper size I need?

Here’s our guide to paper sizing with some examples of associated products:

Do you deliver and how much will it cost?

We offer free local delivery in Leicester. For customers outside of Leicester, we’ll be happy to arrange the delivery of your printed goods by overnight courier for a charge of £7. The maximum weight for this service is 25 kg.
For heavier items or larger quantities, we’ll confirm any extra cost at the time of your order.

I’m not sure if my files are right for printing, can you help?

Absolutely. We want you to be really happy with the final product and we’ll always check your files free of charge, it’s part of our service. We’ll let you know if something doesn’t look quite right.

To help things go smoothly, please make sure that your design files are high resolution and print-ready. If you need help or advice with this please get in touch.

What’s the best way to send my files to you?

We accept files by email at info@ele-print.co.uk or via any well-known file transfer site.

What finishes do you offer?

We have a stunning range of paper and finishes for you to choose from, that can really elevate your marketing materials. Our finishes include:

Are your printed products sustainable/environmentally-friendly?

We’re always looking for ways to work sustainably and safeguard our environment, and we’re proud to work with paper and packaging suppliers who work ethically and share our values.
